how to confirm your pineview event 

EVENT CONFIRMATION: In order to confirm your Pineview event, we require a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit. If a group requires a date change after confirming their event, the event may be rescheduled within 30 days in order to preserve the deposit. Otherwise, the deposit is forfeited. 

LODGING RATES

GENERAL INFORMATION

DORMS OR ROOMS: Pineview makes a distinction between DORMS and ROOMS.  All Pineview DORMS sleep at least 10 guests, and have twin bunk beds and 1 double bed.  All Pineview ROOMS are more private, and sleep from 1-5 guests. ALL ROOMS except one (the HEBREWS Room) has a set of twin bunks in the room. Total capacity of Pineview is 173 guests. 

DORM RATES: CHILDREN / TEENS / NON-COUPLE ADULTS = $20 / person / night (minimum charge of $100 / dorm = 5 guests).

DORMS AS ROOMS: Each DORM has a Double bed in at as well, so the dorms can be rented as "Rooms" by Couples & Families when available. In that case, and only when available, a Couple can rent a dorm as a room for $79 / night.  Families can rent a dorm at $79 / night (up to a family of 4), with $20 / family member in bunks thereafter. Children 3 and under are FREE.  Generally, Pineview Dorms may not be reserved at the Room rate until 30 days before the event. 

ROOM RATES: Generally are for COUPLES & FAMILIES. 

MOST ROOMS: $79 / room / night, for rooms that have 1 set of twin bunks and 1 double bed.

TITUS ROOM: $89 / night, because this room has a private restroom and shower

EPHESIANS ROOM: $99 / night, because this room has an additional twin bed, sleeping a total of 5 guests.

HEBREWS ROOM: $59 / night, because this room has only 1 twin and 1 double bed. 

BUNKS: All Bunk beds in every dorm and room are twins, and have a Top and Bottom, with either a ladder or a metal climbing rail. Total twin bunk bed capacity = 141 guests. 

DOUBLE BEDS: All Double beds in the dorms and rooms are equipped with pillows and a comforter.  Pineview has a total of 17 double beds in 16 different rooms. Total double bed capacity = 34 guests. 

LINENS AND TOWELS: All Bunk beds and double beds do not have linens and towels provided.  These are available for an additional rental charge of $7 / person / event. 

DINING HALL DORMS

DESCRIPTION: The Dining Hall has lodging accommodations located on its second floor, above where most Pineview food service occurs. The Dining Hall dorms feature two lodging options - the Matthew and the Mark Dorms, both described in the Lodging section.  Total capacity in the Dining Hall Dorms is 25 guests.

MATTHEW DORM: Total Capacity of 14 = 12 in 6 bunk sets, 1 double bed

MARK DORM: Total Capacity of 11 = 8 in 4 bunk sets, 1 double bed, 1 twin

GYM LODGING

DESCRIPTION: The Longhorn Lodge Dorms and Rooms are located off of the Gym facility on both floors.  One dorm, the Luke, and one room, the John, are located on the first floor of the Gym. The Gym second floor features 5 lodging options - two Dorms: the Acts, and the Romans; and three rooms: the Corinthians, the Galatians, and the Ephesians.  Full restroom facilities for both Men and Women are available in this Lodging area, accessible also from the gym area.   Total capacity in Gym Lodging is 95 guests.

LUKE DORM: Total Capacity of 28 = 26 in 13 bunk sets, 1 double bed; only dorm on the first floor

JOHN ROOM:  Total Capacity of 4 = 2 in 1 bunk set, 1 double bed; only room on the first floor

GYM second floor

ACTS DORM: Total Capacity of 36 = 34 in 17 bunk sets, 1 double bed

ROMANS DORM: Total Capacity of 14 = 10 in 5 bunk sets, 2 double beds

CORINTHIANS ROOM:  Total Capacity of 4 = 2 in 1 bunk set, 1 double bed

GALATIANS ROOM: Total Capacity of 4 = 2 in 1 bunk set, 1 double bed

EPHESIANS ROOM: Total Capacity of 5 = 2 in 1 bunk set, 1 double bed, 1 twin

RETREAT HOUSE

DESCRIPTION: The Retreat House is located on the far side of the Pineview property, away from the main complex in a private, wooded setting. This retreat house has a private driveway and parking lot off of the main Pineview county access road. The Retreat House features three dorms: the Colossians dorm, on the first floor; with the second floor featuring 5 lodging options - two Dorms: the Thessalonians, and the Timothy; and three rooms: the Titus, the Philemon, and the Hebrews - all on the second floor. Total current capacity of the Retreat House is 53 guests.

ACTIVITY RATES

ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION: Pineview divides its activities into THREE main categories: Basic, Supervised and Adventure.

BASIC Activities are free to every lodged guest.  The BASIC Activity day guest fee is $5 / person.  This fee applies to every guest who comes on the Pineview property except for drop off / pick up.  Click on the Activities button above for a list of Pineview BASIC Activities.

SUpervised ACTIVITIES

SUPERVISED Activities - some are FREE for lodged guests.  Otherwise, SUPERVISED Activities are available at a rate of $100 / hour or $5 / person additional (after a group rental hour).  SUPERVISED Activities include: Gaga Ball, 9 Square in the Air, Marksmanship (22 caliber riflery), Swimming Pool, Team Games, Target Archery, Indoor Gym Games (like Dodgeball, Wiffleball, Kickball, Floor Hockey) and Campfire. Click on the Activities button above for a list of Pineview Rustler Activities.

adventure ACTIVITIES

Arrow Tag (inside) - $10 / 2 games - about 25 minutes

Laser Tag (outside) - $10 / 2 games - about 25 minutes

Go Karts - $10 / person for a 10 minute ride

Shotguns - $10 for 6 rounds (12 gauge)

Paintball - $25 / person - full gear and 150 rounds

Climbing Wall & Power Bouncers - $1,000 for 4 hours (4 climbing stations and 2 Bouncers)

MEAL PREPARATION OPTIONS: Pineview offers your group three options concerning meal preparation: 1) providing your own meals; 2) hiring a caterer; 3) using the Pineview staff for meal preparation.  Click on the Meals button above for more details on your Meal Preparation options. 

KITCHEN RENTAL COSTS: If you choose to do your own meal preparation and service, or if you use a caterer in a Pineview kitchen, a kitchen rental fee will apply. The THREE kitchens available for you to rent are: the main Dining Hall Kitchen ($150 / day), the Philippians Cafe in the Gym ($50 / day), and the Retreat House Kitchen ($50 / day). If Pineview serves your meal, no kitchen rental fee applies. Groups who rent a meeting room / kitchen for 3 days, get a 4th day FREE.  

MEAL COSTS: If you choose to use the Pineview staff to prepare your meals, our rates are: Breakfast = $9 pp; Lunch = $10 pp; Dinner = $11 pp; Specialty Dinner = $15 pp; Banquet = $25 pp.

MEETING ROOM RATES

DESCRIPTION: Pineview offers multiple options for your meeting room needs.  The larger the meeting room, the more expensive the room rate. Generally, groups should utilize the meeting room located in the lodging facility they select.  Groups who rent a meeting room / kitchen for 3 days, get a 4th day FREE.  If additional meeting rooms are required, or a specific meeting room located in another building, those requests are also often considered.  Pineview does not charge for tables and chairs that are currently set up in each meeting room.  If additional or different tables and chairs are requested, the moving and set up fee is: $1 / chair; and $5 / table.

YOUR MEETING ROOM OPTIONS WITH ASSOCIATED RATES ARE:

CHAPEL - $150 / day 

PAVILION - $100 / day

This Pavilion rental fee is for groups using the Pavilion as a meeting room up to 4 hours exclusively per day. 

GYM - $400 / day 

This Gym rental fee is for groups using the Gym as a meeting room up to 4 hours exclusively per day.  If other groups are on site, they will have access to the basic activities and restrooms in the gym. 

PHILIPPIANS cafe (off of gym) - $50

CONFERENCE ROOM (OFF OF GYM) - $100 / day

retreat house CONFERENCE ROOM - $100 / day

DINING HALL - $150 / day

Groups who rent a meeting room / kitchen for 3 days, get a 4th day FREE.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL RATES

DESCRIPTION: Pineview offers additional equipment to support your event.  Below is a list of per day equipment rental options and rates.

Sound System (Chapel) - $100 (that location only)

Portable 7 channel sound system - $100 (any location)

Video Projector & Screen - $50 (any location)

Monitor / DVD player - $25 (any location)

Linens and Towels - $7 (per person per event)

Event Speaker - $125 per meeting

Event Musician (Praise & Worship Leader) - $100 per meeting

These Discounts are to be viewed as general guidelines which Pineview likes to include whenever possible.

EARLY REGISTRATION: Pineview offers up to a 5% discount for groups who register their event in advance by paying their 25% non-refundable deposit (1% per month, up to 5 months).  

LARGE GROUP: Pineview offers 2% for every 25 guests as a large group discount. 

RETURNING GROUP: Pineview offers a 2% discount for groups who return the following year to Pineview for the same event in the same season.

MULTIPLE EVENT: Pineview offers a 2% discount for groups who conduct a second lodged event at Pineview in the same year.  

SEASONAL DISCOUNT: Pineview offers a LODGING ONLY discount for conducting your event at Pineview in a season other than summer. Spring / Fall discount is 5%, and Winter discount is 10%.
